The

Landscape Field Operations Supervisor

will lead and manage a team responsible for various landscape construction projects, including hardscaping, brick laying, irrigation, green wall installations, garden building, and carpentry tasks such as fence and deck construction. The Supervisor will ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, with a focus on client satisfaction and efficient project execution.

Duties:

Oversee and manage daily field operations, ensuring effective execution of hardscaping, brick laying, and other landscape tasks Assign and coordinate tasks for team members based on project requirements and timelines Inspect work sites regularly to ensure safety compliance and quality control, particularly for hardscaping and brick laying projects Train and mentor team members in specialized areas such as hardscaping, brick laying, irrigation, and green wall systems Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project expectations are met Assist in project planning and troubleshooting issues related to site conditions or project challenges Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to keep field operations aligned with overall project goals

Skills:

Strong leadership with the ability to manage teams and field operations effectively Expertise in hardscaping techniques (stone, concrete, pavers) and brick laying Knowledge of landscape construction, including irrigation systems, green wall installations, and carpentry (fences, decks) Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to train and develop team members in specific landscape and construction techniques Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, on-site solutions
Job Types: Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
