Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and hardworking Landscape Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape construction and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments. Under the direction of our project managers and foremen, the Landscape Construction Laborer will assist with the installation of various landscape elements, including hardscaping, planting, and outdoor structures.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of hardscaping features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery according to design plans and specifications. Construct outdoor structures such as pergolas, fences, and fire pits. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscape construction or related field preferred. Knowledge of landscape installation techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:
10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Skilled Labor: 2 years (preferred) Landscaping: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driver's License (required)
