NWPM is growing and hiring a
Landscape Construction Foreman
to lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects. We provide full training for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities
Lead and organize a construction crew Operate a company truck and equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, compactor) Install synthetic grass, paving stones, retaining walls, and softscape elements Maintain site quality, safety, and efficiency
Communicate professionally with customers when required
Requirements
Valid driver's license (required -- you will operate a company truck)
Strong leadership mindset Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks Construction/landscape experience is an asset butnot required
