Work Duties:

Lead in the construction of walkways, driveways, pool decks, grading, sodding, planting, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, natural stone retaining wall, posts, gardens, etc. Operate various tools and equipment, including: Stone saws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects. Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying. Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to perform work activities. Must be able to work long hours, be organized, have no problem being shown new skills and techniques. Have experience; hardscaping, masonry, planting shrubs, trees, perennials. Have strong work ethic and a strong sense of integrity and honesty.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years' experience of landscape construction techniques/ installations. Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner. Ie. Must have experience with Stone saw, wet table saw, plate compactors, shovelling and raking, installing levelling bars, applying concrete adhesive and more. Must possess a valid G class driver's license. Clean driving record is an asset. Knowledge of current specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices. Provide some examples of work completed and equipment used. Be able to drive a 1 and 5 ton truck with equipment trailer. Reliable, courteous, Good attitude, respectful, loves working as a team, desire to get better.

Employment Details:

This position will consist of a minimum 44 hours a week. Employment Length: Fall 2025 Start - Full Time employment with option of landscape construction that we complete through out winter. Wage/Salary determined on skill & experience.
