At Creative Roots Landscaping, we design, build, and maintain some of Kelowna's most impressive outdoor spaces.
We're looking for a

driven, humble, and skilled Landscape Construction Foreman

who leads by example, values teamwork, and takes pride in quality work done right.

We're not interested in egos or shortcuts. We're building a team of professionals who care about doing things the right way -- every time.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a crew on high-end landscape construction projects Plan, delegate, and execute daily tasks safely and efficiently Conduct daily huddles and safety checks Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite setup Communicate clearly with clients, managers, and your team Review job progress and margins with your manager each month Coach and train apprentices using Creative Roots standards
Your goal: hit 85%+ crew productivity, meet or exceed quality standards, and leave every site better than you found it.

What You Bring

5+ years of landscape construction experience 2+ years as a lead or foreman Strong communication and leadership skills Skilled in hardscaping, grading, lighting, irrigation, and reading plans Valid driver's license with trailer endorsement A growth mindset, reliability, and respect for your team
