Watermark Gardens is an award winning residential Landscape Construction and Maintenance Company that has been operating in the lower mainland for over 25 years. We have been involved in some of Vancouver's most challenging and rewarding prestigious projects. We are seeking a career minded individual for the role of Experienced Landscaper to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years experience in landscape construction
- A positive attitude and willingness to encourage/motivate/train crew members
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Experience in running power tools, and using hand tools.
- Familiarity with operating heavy equipment such as skid steers or excavators would be beneficial
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and horticulture
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Excellent problem solving skills with a "can do" attitude

-Understanding of proper safety procedures and ability to recognize hazards

-Able to work in inclement weather and keep a positive attitude

Responsibilities

-Work in a team of up to 5 people building landscapes in a goal oriented environment

-Work closely with sub contracted trades

-Deliver projects on budget, on time while maintaining high quality with your team

-Installation of materials such as plants, pavers, walls, concrete, soil, lighting, irrigation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
