This role requires morning and weekend availabilities, with the potential to expand to a full-time position.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed to maintain high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and smooth operations. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in kitchen clean-up duties, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support the team in various tasks as needed, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

Active Food Handler's Certificate

. Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
