Duties

• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Help with cooking tasks as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared to perfection.
• Support the team in organizing and stocking kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
• Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our customers.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and cooking.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
