Duties

Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all food handling practices meet health regulations. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to food handling and kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and the food industry is highly valued.
