Position: Kitchen Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a love for food, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit group, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to Pie Guys' high standards of quality and presentation.

Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing dough, and assembling ingredients.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation protocols.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in every dish.

Adapt to a variety of kitchen tasks as necessary, including dishwashing and stocking supplies.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.

Uphold Pie Guys' standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting is an asset, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate!

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Food Handler Certification is an asset but not mandatory; training can be provided.
