Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall dining experience, including greeting customers, taking orders, preparing food and managing transactions.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following restaurant recipes. Stretch, roll, and shape dough by hand. Assemble pizzas with the correct portions of toppings and cheese. Cook pizzas in a stone-baked deck oven, ensuring proper temperature and cooking time. Monitor pizza quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstation. Follow food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage oven temperatures and cooking times for different pizzas. Properly store ingredients, ensuring freshness and preventing waste. Work efficiently during peak hours to fulfill orders quickly. Occasionally interact with customers for feedback or special requests. Monitor stock levels of pizza ingredients and request supplies when needed. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and within expiration dates. Minimize food waste by managing portion sizes and storage properly. Keep kitchen surfaces, equipment, and tools clean and sanitized. Double-check orders before handing them off for delivery or pickup.

Experience

Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team player with good communication skills. Passion for food and a positive attitude.
