We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Supervisor to oversee our restaurant kitchen operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food service, and experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth night-time operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service, and supporting the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
Supervise nightly restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
Oversee food handling and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including interviewing and onboarding new staff
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Monitor kitchen activities to maintain efficiency and quality control
Enforce health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling, serving, and kitchen procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
