Kitchen Lead Job details:
- Manage daily food/dessert prep and line
- Ensures food quality and consistency and upholds standards
- Inventory management
- Receiving of orders
- Responsible for training of employees
- Responsible for kitchen organization + cleanliness
- Team lead + point of contact for management
- Menu planning
- Opportunity for contribution with menu creation
- 1+ years of kitchen experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time working in a fast paced environment
- Strong initiative
- Excellent organization and cleanliness
- Ability to lead a team + influence a positive workplace culture
