Kitchen Lead/ Kitchen Manager Position HARVEST is seeking a kitchen manager or lead who brings expertise, organization, and leadership to our kitchen. The kitchen lead works under Executive Chef, Ted Grant as well as the General Manager, and ensures that the restaurant runs smoothly. They prepare food according to the pre-established & confidential recipes/menu and supervise other kitchen workers. They also order materials, supplies, and ingredients needed in the kitchen. The kitchen lead ensures that the kitchen is clean, organized and is responsible for complying with all health and safety procedures.
