Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are hygienic and readily available for food preparation and service. Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Ensure all crockery and cutlery are returned to their designated storage areas in a clean and organised manner Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required, including organising supplies and ingredients Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen environment by cleaning work surfaces, floors, sinks, and other areas regularly Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing dishwashing duties to minimise delays Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Basic understanding of food hygiene standards and safety procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Good organisational skills with attention to detail Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required
