Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our client\'s dynamic team. The role involves supporting seller onboarding and working cross-functionally. You will work closely with the Business Development team, ensuring a smooth go-live experience for all new sellers.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end of the onboarding process for sellers as they move towards their Marketplace go-live stage.
- Utilize Excel to analyze onboarding data, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance the onboarding process.
- Work with the Business Development team and Janet\'s team to facilitate the setup and integration of sellers onto the platform.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations that include insights, reporting, and updates for both internal teams and sellers.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the retail item setup flow to effectively support sellers through their onboarding journey.Qualifications:- 1-2 years in a retail or eCommerce environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables.
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM & Marketing Cloud) is essential.
- Experience with eCommerce and/or Marketplace platforms is crucial.
- Client service experience is nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SharePoint, and Jira.
- Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Time Management, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
