The work:
We are ambitious and have a progressive agenda. In each therapeutic area we operate, we have generated world class data through clinical research in Canada. We want your expertise to help bring this evidence into routine clinical practice in major Western Canada hospitals. You will act as a trusted partner to key institutions across Alberta and British Columbia, facilitating evidence-based change, creating an empowered and cohesive care team that understands the safe and appropriate use our products and services.
What you will be doing
Develop and execute a mutually agreed, individualized clinic /health regional level plan to implement evidence-based hospital protocols and or treatment algorithms.
Facilitate frequent, high quality, peer to peer virtual and in-person meetings based on identified learning needs.
Improve customer experience across multiple touch points, including our Home Care program to ensure patient loyalty and retention.
Develop regional brand advocates and thought leaders through peer-to-peer influence.
Foster credible relations with provincial transfusion bodies, HCP/patient associations and Canadian Blood Services.
Track monthly business performance metrics and adjust planning to bridge any gaps.
Invest in continuous learning to stay current with scientific literature and competitor activities.

You will need:
Life Sciences education. B.Sc. Nursing, Pharmacy or health care training preferred.
3-5 years of evidence-based, medical key account management experience
Experience in the Hematology, Immunology or Critical care therapeutic areas
Experience in virtual customer engagement and management
Skilled in leading hospital negotiations and customer onboarding
Good phone/ email manners and impeccable presentation skills.
