Karaoke Host
to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and entertainment skills, a background in hospitality, and a passion for delighting guests. This role is essential to ensuring our Christmas Karaoke tours on our charming trolleys leave every guest with a lasting positive impression.
Key Duties
Learn and follow the company's tour scripts and guidelines.
Ensure smooth operation of Wi-Fi, YouTube, and TV systems to deliver entertainment seamlessly.
Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and maintain an organized flow throughout the tour.
Lead a fun and structured karaoke experience for guests aged 2-99.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and drivers to ensure excellent service delivery.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment roles is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in sightseeing or tourism environments.
