• Support the talent acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial resume screening to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Contact candidates via phone or email to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to coordinate interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms and providing necessary interview details to candidates and interview panel members.
• Assist in preparing interview materials, such as interview guides, assessment tools, and candidate evaluation forms.
• Learn and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate records, and maintain recruitment data.
• Contribute to maintaining internal and external job postings, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in maintaining regular communication channels with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely feedback.
• Learn and follow company policies and procedures related to talent acquisition and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills in talent acquisition processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
• No previous work experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately screen resumes and gather relevant information.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing recruitment needs and processes.
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
