Ready for a new challenge? Great new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a growing organization in the logistics industry. Location:Mississauga. Full time, permanent. Salary: 55K - 65K + 10% quarterly bonus based on KPI recruitment targets, full benefits, RRSP\xe2\x80\x99s, 2 weeks vacation. Paid birthday off. In office role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle: job approval, posting, CV pre-selection, telephone interviews, negotiation of compensation and all administrative aspects related to recruitment
  • Support the manager in staffing by providing relevant market advice and adequate training
  • Act as a recruiting expert to advise, assess current practices and results and recommend a review if necessary
  • Identify, develop and maintain a network of candidates through a proactive selections system and maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates, partnerships, etc.
  • Develop unique and creative ways to recruit a variety of resources from diverse geographic regions of Canada and the United States
  • Stay on the lookout for new trends and innovative strategies in recruiting and selecting candidates
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resource Management will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in recruitment with strong skills in direct sourcing of candidates
  • Working in an agency setup will be considered an asset
  • Experience in logistics will be considered an asset
  • Experience in recruitment using application tracking systems (ATS) and ability to use social media toe research and search candidates
  • Expert in prospecting, evaluating and hiring high -caliber talent across multiple functions and levels
  • Pro-active in nature, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage according to emergencies and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients while having fun and taking on new challenges
  • Adaptability, flexibility and agility to multi-task and set priorities
  • Personal motivation and excellent time management skills
