Junior Service Coordinator

to support our Service Coordinator in managing daily service operations. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Familiarity with

SimPRO

is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Service Coordinator in scheduling and dispatching service jobs. Assist technicians in the warehouse by preparing parts for upcoming service calls, managing stock, and coordinating parts invoicing or warranty deliveries. Maintain accurate records of parts issued and returned, including RMA forms and warranty claim forms. Provide occasional physical assistance with lifting or moving HVAC units and components for service appointments or other warehouse tasks. Enter and update work orders, service requests, and customer information in

SimPRO

. Track service progress and help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time. Help prepare reports, track service progress, and maintain accurate records. Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring:

Experience in customer service, office administration, or coordination preferred. Knowledge of

SimPRO

or other service management software is a strong asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear and professional verbal and written communication. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
