High River Toyota is looking for a creative and motivated
Junior Marketing Coordinator
to support our in-house marketing department. You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager to capture content, assist with design work, and help execute marketing campaigns across new vehicles, used vehicles, and parts & service.
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, dealership events, and services for social media, website, and advertising use.
Edit and organize visual assets in alignment with Toyota brand standards.
Assist with creating social media posts, website banners, and promotional materials in Canva, Photoshop, or AdBuilder.
Support campaign setup and reporting for Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Update in-store signage, POP materials, and digital screens as directed.
Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to feature vehicles, promotions, and customer stories.
Maintain organized content libraries and help write captions, headlines, and ad copy.
Support dealership and community events with photography, setup, and on-site coverage.
Provide general creative and administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.
Qualifications
Passion for photography, videography, and design.
Basic experience with camera equipment, video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar), and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
