Eminent Valet seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Utilize recruitment software to manage candidate applications and track progress throughout the hiring process. Assist in internal recruiting efforts by collaborating with the recruitment team Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture. Facilitate employee orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is required; Bilingual (French/English) Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and managed. * Proficiency in interviewing techniques and an understanding of best practices in employee selection processes.
