We are searching for a highly motivated

Junior

Production Scheduler Position (Part-time)

to join our team based in our head office and manufacturing plant located in Burnaby, B.C:

[Key Responsibilities]

Assist in creating and updating production schedules for packaging and manufacturing to support efficient and timely operations Prepare and manage production-related documents such as Work Orders, reports, and logs Monitor production progress in real time to detect delays, bottlenecks, or deviations from the schedule, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues proactively

[Qualification]

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software Korean language skills (reading, writing, and speaking) considered a strong asset Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to supporting scheduling and operations High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
The company is located in South Burnaby near Market Crossing and Riverway Golf Course. This is the full-time position and working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
