About the role
Sync.com is looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team. As a Junior Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative and visually appealing design solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with product and development partners to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for Sync\'s web and mobile apps. They will help accelerate design work involved with ongoing projects, such as the new Sync UI, or new projects in the future, as well as participate in user research initiatives to help the company learn more about its users.

This is a Remote (work from home) position!

Your to-do list

• Work with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams understand business objectives, project requirements, and user needs
• Support development partners to ensure accurate implementation of design work
• Conduct user research and usability testing to better understand user needs and behaviours

Who you are

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• A portfolio showcasing your product design skills & process
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus
