As a Product Designer, you will support the UX team, help strengthen the digital transformation, and continue evolving the brand experience. We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our growing UX team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop a best-in-class product. The ideal candidate is someone eager to learn and enjoys a challenge.

What you\'ll do:

- Support the creation of end-to-end digital experiences (web, iOS, Android)

- Pair with senior team members to continue building baseline UX skills

- Support in the creation of specs document in a way that leaves no room for error when they get to development

- Help build and document a design system and a reusable component library

- Assist the team of designers in their day-to-day tasks

What you\'ll need:

- Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Miro, Adobe CC

- 1 - 2 years of UX / UI Design experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A high sense of empathy, curiosity, accountability, and integrity

- High sense of autonomy, community, and humility

- Must be well-organized

- Desire to learn and remain curious

- You are a great team player
