Job Summary



What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual Designer to join our team for a summer internship. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of visual design, and offer a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, as well as insight into DesignOps, and how it supports the design team.

What will you do?

  • Support the design team in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
for our products * Assist in developing and refining visual elements such as icons, graphics, and layouts
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate them into design improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure design coherence and quality
  • Help maintain and apply our design system across different product features
  • Engage in design critiques and workshops to expand your skills and knowledge
What do you need to succeed?
  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Graphic Design,
Visual Arts, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and creative flair
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and a keen interest in visual design
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced environment
