We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for continuous improvement. You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity.

Duties

Assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes using CAD software, including SolidWorks. Collaborate with team members to create and interpret schematics for production equipment. Support the fabrication and assembly of components, ensuring adherence to specifications. Conduct tests and evaluations on new processes and equipment, providing feedback for improvements. Utilize CNC machinery and robotics to optimize production workflows. Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and mechanical systems. Document process changes, improvements, and results for future reference. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with CNC operations, welding techniques, and fabrication processes is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software; experience with SolidWorks is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble complex systems. Understanding of robotics applications within manufacturing environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively. Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes relevant to the engineering field.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
