Friendly Toys is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to help us craft and ship our high-quality silicone toys. This role blends shop work, precision handling, and fulfillment -- perfect for someone who enjoys variety, working with their hands, and being part of a small, creative team.

What You'll Do:

Assist in the production of our silicone toys Clean, prep, and maintain molds Demold and finish products with care and consistency Pack and ship orders to customers around the world Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks Able to follow instructions and safety protocols Friendly, adaptable, and ready to learn Capable of working shift work, including half-day or variable-length shifts Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on occasion
Experience in shop or fulfillment settings is a bonus

Schedule:

3 weeks full-time paid training (Monday-Friday, approx. 35 hrs/week) After training: Casual/part-time hours, scheduled as needed May include short shifts or on-call work based on production demand
Compensation:

$25/hour 4% vacation pay included on each paycheque Opportunity for extra hours during launches and sales
