Job Description

:

We are looking for team members to fill Retail Associate and Order Fulfillment Associate roles within our growing team. All staff members within the company have the potential for career (and associated pay) growth, if desired. The main daily tasks of a Retail Associate and/or Order Fulfillment Associate are:

• Pick items from storage locations to fill customer orders
• Inspect items following a quality control protocol
• Pack orders and prepare them for shipment before delivery cut-off times
• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately
• Participate in regular facilities and work station maintenance duties
• Carefully handle products at all times
• Assist with product replenishment and inventory control
• Perform customer service duties (retail floor and over the phone), which includes greeting customers, answering their questions, providing product information, and other similar tasks
• Other tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds at times and work prolonged periods of time while standing and moving
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensure quality standards are met
• Ability to independently manage time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
• Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
• Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests
• Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment
• Ability to follow company performance metrics, policies and procedures
• Willingness to learn and improve
