FULFILLMENT WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERY ASSOCIATE



The Fulfillment Warehouse and Delivery Associate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations and delivery services. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Coordinator, this position focuses on order fulfillment, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service through timely deliveries and pickups. This role is essential to the efficient functioning of the 870 Tactical Supply Company, supporting both retail and Business to Business operations.


Key Responsibilities



Warehouse Operations


Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment.


Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery schedules.


Conduct regular stock checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using Shopify and Stocky inventory management systems.


Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols within the warehouse.


Order Fulfillment and Quality Control:


Prepare and package customer orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.


Inspect incoming and outgoing products to identify and address any discrepancies or defects.


Assist in processing product returns and resolving related issues.


Delivery and Customer Service:


Drive company vehicles to deliver orders to clients and pick up items from suppliers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Maintain a clean driving record and operate vehicles safely while adhering to delivery schedules.


Provide friendly and professional interactions with customers during deliveries.


Retail Support:


Collaborate with retail staff to support store operations, including assisting with product displays and stocking shelves when needed.


Develop a working knowledge of product lines to assist customers effectively if required.


Team Collaboration:


Work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator and other team members to streamline logistics and fulfillment processes.


Communicate effectively with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.


Qualifications:


Experience - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in a retail or tactical environment.


Skills - Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems is an asset.


Physical Requirements - Ability to lift to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).


License - Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.


Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Diligence - High level of accuracy and attention to detail for inventory and quality control tasks.


Compensation



Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour. Monday to Friday Days
