Junior Lawyer
Job Description
Our client is a mid-sized personal injury law office located in Toronto. We are looking for a junior Personal Injury lawyer with experience in personal injury matters, Accident Benefits and Tort on the plaintiff side. Base salary, commission and bonus pay structure. This position requires a minimum of 1-4 years of AB/TORT experience. Must have experience in conducting numerous case conferences, motions, discoveries, mediations and hearings. Responsibilities: - Handling work proactively on file from intake to resolution. - Completing forms and preparing summaries, applications and settlement proposals - Preparing pleadings, motions records, mediation memos, pre-trial memo, etc. - Negotiate settlements - Knowledge of LAT process - Effectively track denials, deadlines Requirements: - 1-5 years of personal injury experience - Must be an Ontario certified lawyer Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:
