Here\'s what Navada offers you as a CHALLENGE:

• Participating actively in the continuous improvement of HR and OHS practices
• Perform various administrative tasks related to employee files Participate in the integration of new employees
• Manage work accident and disability files
• Participate in the management of group insurance and group RRSP files
• Assist managers in the management of disciplinary and administrative files
• Conducting departure interviews and coordinating terminations of employment
• Playing an active role in the prevention of health, safety, and well-being at work
• Contribute to various internal committees related to human resources.
  

Your profile:

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or industrial relations; or
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in human resources with 3 years of experience
• Be at the beginning of your career (less than one year of experience)
• Mastery of MS Office tools
• Impeccable French (spoken and written).
