OUR OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, responsibilities include preparation of billings and monitoring outstanding receivable balances, preparing journal entries, review of AP invoices, reconciliation of GL accounts, preparing variance reports for senior management and assisting with month end and year end close as well the budget process.

This role will be a hybrid model of in the office and work from home once the office re-opens. Training will be done in the office initially.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• Enrolled or willing to enroll in CPA program
• 1 -2 years accounting experience (co-op experience counts!)
• Good understanding of financial systems and procedures
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
