Junior Estimator -

Cladding

Location: Head Office - 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON L4V 1V1

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite

Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (based on experience)

Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday



Reports To: Cladding Estimating Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Cladding Estimator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario and support the preparation of accurate project cost estimates and bid submissions.

What You'll Do

Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to assess scope and requirements Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates using architectural drawings Prepare cost estimates for cladding projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Submit bids and track project proposals to ensure timely submissions Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate costs Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope Use industry-specific software, such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, for estimating and documentation Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing records, and bid tracking systems

What You Bring to the Team

Minimum 2 years estimating experience preferred, ideally in cladding, facade systems, or construction-related fields Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation and quantity take-offs Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam (or similar construction software) Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
