Summary

The Role

We're hiring a Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator for our Architectural Films & Finishes team. If you bring great customer service, hands-on knowledge of materials and installs, and you're eager to grow estimating and project coordination skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and specifications. Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for glazing films, architectural finishes, and signage projects. Perform quantity takeoffs and organize measurements in Excel or takeoff software. Gather inputs for shop drawings and coordinate clarifications with Production. Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors to confirm materials, scope, pricing, and timelines. Coordinate and schedule installations. Support bid close-out: track results, organize completion photos, and capture lessons learned to improve future proposals.

What We're Looking For

Experience or strong interest in large format printing, installation, and/or construction environments. Ability to read--or desire to learn to read--technical drawings and specs. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or Adobe is an asset. Clear, professional communication; proactive problem-solver with solid math/analytical skills. Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed. (Nice to have) Basic graphic design aptitude--we're willing to train the right applicant who wants to learn.

Training & Growth

We will train candidates who may not yet have estimating experience but bring a solid foundation in product knowledge, installation experience, or material handling. If you've worked with films, signage, or wall coverings and want to move into a more technical, client-facing role, this is an excellent path to build your career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
