We are seeking a motivated and skilled craftsperson to join our team. This candidate can come from a variety of backgrounds such as woodworking, framing, millworking, concrete, etc. We pride ourselves on collaboration, craftsmanship, and strong ethics in everything we do.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Architectural Fabricator / Woodworker

with a background in framing, millwork, woodworking, metalworking, concrete, or a combination of the aforementioned. The ideal candidate has

2-3 years of experience in construction or a related field of making things

, is open-minded, and eager to learn new skills. This role involves wearing multiple hats and working with a variety of materials in a fast-paced shop environment, tackling a wide variety of fabrication and installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform carpentry, framing, woodworking, etc. with precision and attention to detail Fabricate and finish custom multi material architectural products and furniture pieces Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Work with wood as well as other materials such as metal and decorative concrete (asset, not required but willing to learn) Use Festool tools and Domino joinery systems Apply knowledge of traditional joinery techniques Operate and maintain shop equipment, including CNC machine Assist with site installations when required Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe Support the team with miscellaneous fabrication tasks and problem-solving Follow all company procedures in safety, fabrication, training, etc.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in construction, millwork, woodworking, concrete, or related field Strong craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, materials, and processes Open-minded and able to take on a variety of tasks in the shop and on site
