Dream Design Architecture is an architectural design firm that specializes in both residential and small commercial projects like legal second dwellings, home additions and custom homes. We can take on any project that is within Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code (OBC). We have to two main goals: satisfy the client\'s needs while maintaining the OBC guidelines and maintaining the client\'s budget. We are a BCIN Certified firm and are constantly growing. That is why we are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated Architectural Designer in the Ottawa area that will work as part of the design team in our rapidly growing company. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of permit drawings and applications. - Assist in site measurements and visits. - Attend client and company meetings. - Come up with innovative and creative layouts. Skills: - Have a G2 driver\'s license and access to a vehicle. - Must be living in the Ottawa. - 1-2 years of experience in the field of Architecture and working with Revit software is preferred. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Responsible and reliable - Always on time - Creative and comes up with innovative and very good space planning layouts Education: Completed a diploma in Architectural Technician/Technology. • Revit: 2 years (preferred)
• Architectural Design: 2 years (preferred)
