This exploratory approach to product design has made us an industry leader, creating innovative and award-winning architectural lighting products and technologies for commercial and institutional spaces.We currently have an opening in our product concept development team for a Junior Product Designer with skills to support the development of innovative optical and illumination solutions.Responsibilities:

• Support the design, fabrication, and assembly of product concept prototypes.
• Conduct product performance verification through calculated estimations and optical testing.
• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for optical anomalies in production parts.

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Design or Applied Physics.
• Proficiency using SolidWorks.
• Experience operating woodworking and metalworking tools. Programming and operational experience with CNC milling machines is beneficial.
• Basic electrical / electronic knowledge.
• Experience designing extruded plastic profiles, injection moulding, and CNC machined parts is desirable, preferably in a product development environment.
