What You'll Do
Recruiting & Onboarding
Source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Conduct pre-screening calls and schedule interviews
Support and streamline the onboarding process for new hires
Administrative Support
Maintain internal databases and filing systems
Manage office supplies and general office operations
Provide a professional and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Social Media Support
Help create and schedule content for company's social media
Promote job postings and office events
Contribute to building our online presence
What You Bring
Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience in recruiting, administration, or reception is an asset
Familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Self-starter attitude and comfort working in a high-energy environment
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
Impressive and professional image and demeanor
Must be extremely organized
Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
Participate in extra-curricular team events (company paid for)
Self-starter who is career driven
