The opportunity:
As part of the Inkeros Recruiting team, the Jr. Recruiter will learn the fundamentals of high-volume Recruiting in a competitive industry, managing multiple clients. The ideal candidate is somebody who is a quick learner and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. They will be determining a candidate's potential through thoughtful and insightful questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is gifted at communicating with others and is eager to dive into a performance driven role.
What will you do?
Screen Resumes, maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates and stakeholders
Meet weekly strategy targets for assigned clients
Who are you?
Somebody with high social and emotional intelligence
Organized and reliable
Quick to adopt technology and software
Somebody with customer service/retail/hospitality experience
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and deadlines
Post-secondary educated is an asset but not essential
