Position: Jr. Fleet Manager
Type: Full Time - Permanent - On-Site
Location: 970 Brock Rd., Pickering, Ontario, L1W 2A1
AutoLux Ltd. o/a Rapid City Transportation has been specializing in medical transportation logistics services for 30 years, supporting all of Ontario offering door-to-door concierge style transportation for individuals requiring special care - before, during and after their transfers. This new role will work within the Fleet Department and coordinate with the Dispatch and Management team on a daily basis, ensuring smooth business operations.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Support with investigation and tracking of complaints, compliments and feedback regarding Drivers who are stationed all over Ontario.
• Support with accident investigation, reporting and filing of information.
• Tracking to ensure cleanliness of all vehicles, and maintain adequate supplies for Driver vehicles.
• Support with other varying record keeping, data entry, tracking and filing.
• Support with set up, update, and troubleshoot of all Driver mobile devices, cameras and tracking systems and related software.
• Provide coverage to Fleet Department for vehicle related issues.
• Support with maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, such as third-party suppliers, and companies/governing bodies.
• Working with HR to support Drivers on various leaves - tracking and following up.
• Support with recruitment and training as required.
• Other duties as requested by the Management team.

Position Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education considered an asset
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (MS Suite - intermediate excel)
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Professional, friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable and self-motivated
• High ability to operate in a busy environment
