Since 1975, Form & Build Supply has been a trusted leader in delivering high-quality concrete and masonry specialty products to Ontario's construction industry. We are looking for a Job track administrator to support our sales teams in pre-tender and post-tender quote creation and supporting our technical sales team in promoting exclusive products of Form & Build Supply Inc.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate job track meetings with assigned branches including Sales Manager, Branch Managers and Outside Sales Representatives.
Prepare pre-tender and post tender quotes to General Contractors and Sub Trades
Promote speciality products to Architects and Engineers
Monitor bid & tender sites for upcoming projects
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Some travel is required to attend job track meetings in Mississauga, Whitby and Kitchener.
Qualifications
1-2 years of proven success in comparable administrative role
Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM
Strong communication and presentation skills
A team player with a strong customer service focus
Self-motivated and results-driven
Well-organized and proficient with computers
Understanding on Concrete and Masonry products an asset
A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
