Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Administrator
to support our team and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanata. You'll be someone who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and brings a positive, team-oriented mindset to everything you do. You should also be comfortable on the phone, trustworthy, and able to travel around the city if needed.
Key Responsibilities
Answer emails and make client and vendor calls as needed
Input and manage data for listings, clients, and contacts
Maintain digital and physical file organization
Keep track of paperwork and compliance for all transactions
Support the Business Manager and Owner with day-to-day tasks
Prepare documents and marketing materials
Social media posts and account management
Assist with client appreciation events & track RSVPs
Help keep the team organized and on track
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of administrative experience minimum (real estate a strong asset)
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, digital file management, and comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally if required
