What you'll do

Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the overall cleanliness of commercial spaces Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless. Conduct custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies. Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Participate in facilities maintenance by addressing and reporting major issues promptly. Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture and equipment as required. Collaborate with team members to uphold high cleanliness standards across all areas.

Skills

Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment. Familiarity with floor care practices including buffing and polishing methods. Knowledge of commercial cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards in various settings. Experience in industrial cleaning environments is a plus. Basic maintenance skills to handle minor repairs effectively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
