LE ROLE

Nous sommes presentement a la recherche d'un.e candidat.e dynamique et professionnel.le pour se joindre a notre equipe de Montreal en tant que Technicien.ne informatique. Relevant du Gestionnaire TI, base a Lynge au Danemark, la personne titulaire du poste jouera un role cle pour l'entreprise en etant la personne de reference pour l'ensemble des besoins technologiques emanant du bureau de Montreal. Le.a Technicien.ne informatique sera charge.e de la maintenance des systemes informatiques, de la gestion des reseaux et de la configuration des equipements et des logiciels, afin de garantir que l'entreprise soit en mesure d'atteindre ses objectifs et ses ambitions d'affaires.

RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

Fournir une assistance logicielle, materielle et operationnelle aux employes, en repondant aux demandes de maniere professionnelle et efficace. Configurer et installer les postes de travail, imprimantes, scanners, logiciels et autres composants et peripheriques. Tenir a jour l'inventaire du materiel informatique et des logiciels. Identifier, recommander et mettre en oeuvre des opportunites d'amelioration des processus afin de soutenir les initiatives d'amelioration continue. Surveiller les performances du reseau, identifier les problemes et deployer des solutions pour les resoudre et assurer la continuite des activites. Rediger la documentation relative aux procedures, politiques, processus et configurations du departement. Contribuer au maintien des bonnes pratiques en matiere de services MS Cloud et de securite informatique (antivirus (Defender), reseau, Windows Update). Proceder au transfert formel et informel de connaissances, en veillant a ce que les employes connaissent les outils a leur disposition et les utilisent conformement aux meilleures pratiques.

COMPETENCES REQUISES

Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires en technologie de l'information, administration de systemes, Microsoft M365, certification en services infonuagiques ou autre certification pertinente. 1 a 2 ans d'experience professionnelle pertinente. Bilinguisme: francais et anglais requis, a l'oral et a l'ecrit afin de communiquer avec les collegues americains et danois, et les fournisseurs. Excellentes competences analytique et communicationnelle. Experience averee dans la prestation de services d'assistance et dans le soutien des operations informatiques dans un environnement Microsoft et infonuagique. Experience avec MS Business Central, un atout.

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional candidate to join our Montreal based team as IT Technician. Reporting to the Head of IT, based in Lynge Denmark, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in the success of the organization by being the go-to resource for local IT needs. The IT Technician will be accountable for maintaining the IT systems, managing the networks and configuring equipment and software, ensuring the business is set up to reach its goals and ambitions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide software, hardware and operational support to employees, responding to queries in a professional and efficient manner. Configure and install workstations, printers, scanners, software and other components and peripherals. Maintain the inventory of computer hardware/software up to date. Identify, recommend and implement process improvement opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives.) Monitor network performance, identify issues and deploy solutions to resolve issues and ensure business continuity. Draft documentation of departmental procedures, policies, processes and configurations. Contribute to the maintenance of good practices in MS Cloud services and IT security (Antivirus (Defender), Networking, Windows Update). Engage in formal and informal knowledge transfer, ensuring that employees are familiar with the tools available to them and use them according to best practices.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, System Administration, Microsoft M365, Cloud services certification or other relevant certification. 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Bilingualism: French and English mandatory, both spoken and written. Strong analytical and communication skills. Demonstrated experience providing helpdesk services and supporting IT operations with Microsoft environment, Cloud Services. Experience with MS Business Central, an asset
