Le technicien informatique assure le support aupres des clients, participe aux installations, effectue la maintenance preventive et contribue a l'amelioration continue de leurs environnements TI.

Il joue un role cle dans la stabilite, la securite et l'evolution des systemes technologiques geres par Maximiz.

Plus precisement

Repondre aux appels de service.

Participer aux installations materielles et logicielles chez les clients.

Effectuer la maintenance preventive.

Emettre des recommandations pour ameliorer les fonctionnalites, la securite et la stabilite des systemes des clients.

Se tenir a jour sur les nouvelles tendances et technologies.

S'assurer de la securite et de la stabilite des reseaux supportes.

Profil recherche

Maitrise avancee de Windows 10/11 et Windows Server 2019 et 2022.

Excellente connaissance d'Office 365.

Maitrise d'Exchange (on-premise et online).

Maitrise d'Active Directory (Azure, hybride et on-premise).

Connaissance des technologies WatchGuard et Azure (un atout).

Tres forte capacite d'apprentissage.

Esprit d'equipe, autonomie, motivation et entregent.

Professionnalisme et sens du service client.

Atouts consideres

Connaissance des environnements suivants :

- Support technique en environnement multisite

- Environnements infonuagiques

- Outils de gestion TI et de cybersecurite utilises en MSP (un atout)

He plays a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and evolution of the systems managed by Maximiz.

More Specifically

Respond to service calls.

Participate in hardware and software installations at client sites.

Perform preventive maintenance.

Provide recommendations to improve system functionality, security, and stability.

Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.

Ensure the security and stability of supported client networks.

Desired Profile

Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019 and 2022.

Strong understanding of Office 365.

Proficiency with Exchange (on-premise and online).

Proficiency with Active Directory (Azure, hybrid, and on-premise).

Knowledge of WatchGuard technologies and Azure (an asset).

Strong learning ability.

Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.

Professionalism and a strong customer service mindset.

Considered Assets

Knowledge of the following environments:

- Technical support in a multisite environment

- Cloud-based environments

- Management and cybersecurity tools used by MSPs (an asset)
