Troubleshoot software problems across multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, and enterprise applications like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira.
Support computer networking tasks such as LAN (Local Area Network) setup, VPN (Virtual Private Network) configurations, firewall management, and network security protocols.
Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance including server management and hardware upgrades to sustain system reliability.
Utilize help desk tools to log incidents and track resolution progress efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects that improve overall system performance and security.
Provide training or guidance on using various software applications like Microsoft Office suites to enhance user productivity.
Maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures, asset inventories, and incident reports for audit purposes.
Strong technical support skills with a focus on quick problem resolution for diverse IT issues.
