In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software
- Provide technical support to computer users ranging from level 1 to 3
- Assist in resolving issues related to systems, networks, and applications
- Apply IT security measures, including updates
- Manage and maintain the IT inventory
- Participate in system optimization and technological process improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to deploy new IT tools and solutions
- Participate in the acquisition of IT supplies
