Your main tasks will be:



Provide level 1-2 support for all Axxess International systems Follow all department processes and protocols and maintain perennity of systems documentation. Ensure proper systems, database and network maintenance and backups are done on time. Deploy and update information systems required to improve efficiency and productivity of all users. Make sure all IT assetinventory is updated and precise. Maintain tidiness of workspace, stockroom, and all IT physical area. Work closely with all other IT Staff to improve our IT solution offering. Accomplishes all tasks and/or specific mandates assigned to him byhis colleagues and supervisor.

What we are looking for:



You're fluent in French and English, so you can communicate with colleagues and customers across Canada and the United States. You have experience in IT support You have a good understanding of the following IT concepts: MS Office 365, remote PC support (LAN/WAN), Cloud and SAAS models. You are self-motivated, autonomous and productive. You like customer service
